The July 29, 2023 meeting was held at the Watershed District office.
The June 2, 2023 minutes were approved as presented.
Treasurer report showed checking balance of $5,123.83, Savings $1,029.51 and Money Market $68,916.42.
Weed Fest reports were presented. The event was a success with a final financial report to be made after all bills are paid. There was a very good turnout with positive feedback from attendees and vendors.
Election of officers took place. Tim Groshens declined the presidency, with Pat Ryan, secretary and Anita Hagen, treasurer being relected. Discussion followed on probable presidency options. Action will be taken at an upcoming board meeting.
Limnopro checks boat landings for invasive species.
Discussion centered on funds in the Money Market account with consenses being to hold these funds in reserve as an emergency fund for future lake quality needs.
The next board meeting will be determined by the President.
